Re: Bury service cable

I built a new house and also need a buried cable to start new service. The customer service agent told me she needed 7 days to create an ER ticket before she can schedule the work. We have new landscape being installed and wanted to get buried line quickly to avoid tearing up brand new landscape. Please help!
