I've been a TCI customer, a Comcast customer, and now an Xfinity customer since the late 90's. You'd think being a loyal customer for that long would count for something, but appears not. I called today to get a break on my monthly cable/internet service. The best they offered was a $5 discount off of what new customers pay for the basic cable/internet package. Guess it's time to look at switching over to satellite and another internet service. Bad on you, Comcast/Xfinity...
