I had been paying $51.+ for so-so internet service, and intended to shop other offers. However, your rep called and offered me some TV + faster? internet for $3.00 more per month.   So......I get terrible internet (I spend most of my time reconnecting) and a bill for $107+.  I want to cancel and get a fresh start with a more honest company.

Hi, arlenes1 - I can check if there are any plant degradation in your area that causing slow internet speed.
