Re: Autopay and ecobill both enables, no $5 discount?

Having the very same issues as my bill does not reflect the Autopay-Ecobill billing credit?  This will be the second month for this oversite.  If I missed a payment I bet that would get corrected quickly by Comcast.

 

Would like this resolves so I'm not spending anymore time dealing with this matter.
