my experience over the last 3 days has been surreal  Called in to add a phone line to my acct for my mom who is living with us now.  I got a quote for 15.00 to add to my acct and told lady i wold discuss phone vs cell and call back in    When I called back in  there was o 15.00 phone line but ony 19.99  OKAY go ahead and add.. then the new gal sends page for review and approval to my comcast email.....!!!!MONTHLY TOTAL IS NOW 40 DOLLARS MORE AND  ALMOST APPROVED... when I asked lady  she went away for12 minutes and came back and said no promo no discount  new total has to be 74.00  <edited "inflammatory remarks">
