My Comcast account has been sent to collections. I just paid the outstanding bill on the xfinity website. When I called and spoke to a supervisor about it she tells me they can not send me anything in writing saying I paid off the closed account thru the website and that they also can not call the collection agency telling them I Paid the balance I'm full to get it removed from my credit report. I would really like help because this is getting very frustrating.
