Re: Accessing account online still not working - can't pay bill.

I have not been able to pay my bill online for 4 months ! Every month I call and talk to their technical people they say that they are aware of the problem and work is being done. They say the problem will be fixed soon . Well 4 months later and still can't pay my bill online ! I've had to pay the bill by phone! I think that they might be forcing people to sign up for automatic monthly bill pay ! 

I don't think their people are that stupid to not be able to fix this on going problem!
