Yep it hit us what a shame for customer matters, first the web page is on dial up speed yes thats slow, also a error message cannot connect had to reload untill it worked , try checking your e-mail what a joke 2 1/2 min to get to see emails, and when you try yes try to click on one it takes forever. , sad the days are gone when we could custimze our own wen page  like MSN has, just tired of getting higher bills poor service slow everything. It is true comcast /xfinity is rated number one for poor service, wish we had more options in nh for cable providers as from a state were from we had 4 to chose from. Sad day
