Rates suddenly jumped up

Hello - I have been a Comcast customer for a long time, and my internet service rate just jumped from $59.99 to $89.99.  I've wasted lots of time talking to customer service on the phone at Comcast. I don't want or need cable or phone service. I just want good internet service. Is there some reasonable rate I can be offered, or should I start looking elsewhere for service?
