Rate spike for intermittent “BLAST” service

My rates were recently raised (surprise) for internet service. I subscribe to performance internet with Blast that claims to produce speeds “up to” 100mbps. I have never ever seen speeds anywhere close to that and can rarely make it through any form of streaming entertainment without some form of interruption. I need a solution or will be forced to find one myself.

Hi Dwohl001, are you still experiencing slow speeds?  Can you please run a speedtest  connected directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable and let me know what speeds you are receiving?
