Rate increase

 I recently received my most current bill and it had a rate increase. I had worked with a representative last year and was assured that my monthly rate would not increase for 2 years. I would like my bill to reflect the correct rate before it pays.


I'm a bit frustrated with this. I had been assured countless times that this would stay the same for the 2 years (up to 2019). I have been a loyal customer and pay on time every month. I even had to poke Xfinity last year because I never received my $100 deposit back after over 1 year of paying it.
