Question

What is the best way to have a Comcast employee take a look at my account?  I used to directly message one of the Admins on here on a semi-regular basis, but understand that is a no-no.  So trying to go through the proper channels.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

Hi cfranc -- I can help with your account. I reviewed your account and looks like you were able to work with a member of our Facebook team already. That agent was able to get new rates applied for you. Please reach out to us again for future assistance with your account.
