Property damage from recent fiber optic upgrade

I have tried leaving messages regarding the property damage from the recent fiber optic upgrade in our neighborhood to no avail.  Why do you leave a tag with a number to call if no one returns the call??  The damage includes at least one broken sprinkler head, part of my yard was dug up and the turf was not replaced, my peony bush was decimated, tulip bulbs were destroyed, a piece of heavy machinery was moved through my front yard and parked in my side yard which did considerable damage to the yard, ground cover, etc.  The best part was the work was supposed to take 10 days (2/14-2/24) and wasn't finished until the middle of April because a second crew had to come out and fix the work the first crew had done improperly!  During this time, our internet service was constantly interrupted.  If Xfinity wasn't my only option for high speed internet, they would not be my choice of provider!!
