Promotions

I am tired of getting an existing customer promotion and then having the bill jump when it is over.  Why can't loyal customers be rewarded for sticking with comcast even though there are other options.  Every year I have to talk to a customer representitive and sometimes they are not very helpful.  This time I was told to just keep calling back until a promo was available.
