Promotions for Existing Customers?

The price of my current package just went up over 20% because my agreement expired. The phone representative told me that my package no longer exists. The package does in fact exist, at least for new customers, for only 3.5% more than what I have been paying (with an agreement). I've been a Comcast customer for nearly 20 years (which many would say is far too long), and I am willing to enter into another contract for a lower price, but it may be time to break up.
