Hi, I didn't get much help from Comcast customer representatives today. My promotional ratefor internet ended and my bill went up this month to $74.95, which had been $39.99. I asked for a promotional rate again, but they kept trying to convince me to get something for $65.99 or $83.99 a month.
My only option was to get my service canceled. I have been a Comcast customer for seven years and I have been always offered promotinal rates again when one ended. It was different today and I had to cancel my internet service.
Is it still a way to get a promotional rate and keep my service? Can someone here help me with this? Thanks.
