Promotional rate ended / cancel service

Hello,

 

My promotional rate for Cable & Internet bundle ended last month and the bill increase is beyond my budget for the needed service. I spoke to Cust Care but they could not help in either extending the promotion or lowering my bill. I will gladly continue with Xfinity as long as my bill amount stays within the range I was paying till now, or else have to switch to FIOS who offer better package for the same price. Any help in bringing my bill is appreciated.
