Promotional pricing expires this month; need to adjust pricing

Hi
Our triple play promotion ends this month. We are on a fixed income and

cannot afford a price increase. Can someone please contact me to work

something out going forward with our account billng prices. We have been Comcast customers

since 1994.  thank you.
