My promotional rates have expired, and I'm looking for options on what I can do to renew. I see some great promotional packages when looking online, but of course they are for new customers only... I've talked with Customer service but they are not seeing the same deals as I am online. Do I need to leave comcast and come back in order to get better rates? Is there a better way?
