Promotion scam

DON'T TRUST THEM!!!
I signed up for xfinity service because they appeared to have the best deal at the time. They were offering the tv/internet bundle for $59.99 and new xfinitymobile service customers get an additional $500 visa card. The conditions were that the account remain in good standing for 90 days then the card would be mailed out. So, first it took longer than expected to arrive at all but when it came, I figured 'great it wasn't a scam.' However, I realized the card was for only $50 NOT the promised $500. I figured it was an honest mistake, somebody just forgot a 0, so I called. To make a long story short, after being transferred from department to department they ended up telling me it would take up to 8 weeks to investigate and they didn't have anyone else I could soakto about the matter. 😑😑 Seriously!? 8 weeks to figure out something that could literally be figured out in SECONDS?? I've called on multiple occasions just to be told I just have to wait for the escalation team to review what happened. It's beyond ridiculous to me. On top of all that, they also deactivated the $50 visa card they told me I could use until it's all sorted out. When I asked why it was deactivated I couldn't get a clear response. All of this AND my internet service has been cut off on multiple occasions due to "technical difficulties," but of course they're not going to accommodate for that time lost. Meanwhile, I'm still getting phone calls asking if I want to upgrade since I've been an "outstanding customer." Y'all really think I'm going to give you more business after all this??
I HOPE Y'ALL LOSE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT THOSE THAT YOU HAVE NOW
