Promotion Pricing Raised

I just re-worked my contract in July or August, and I know it was supposed to be good for at least a year.  The past two bills have been raised $20+ dollars!  They credited me once, but then today just said they raised their rates and that's it.  I call BS and am tired of non-english speaking reps who give me the run around.  Someone needs to fix this - IMMEDIATELY.
