My promo period is about to expire and my new rates will be alot higher. i am a recent retiree and just will not be able to afford this increase. The new promo offered is higher for the package I have now. Is there any way xfinity will allow me to keep my current plan, at least for another year until I can figure out what to do with my money situation?
