Promo ended

I'm a  existing  Customer  &  my  Promo  ended.  I'm  being  charged  100$  for  Internet & home phone  which  is  crazy. I  have  been  with comcast    to  long .The CSR  I  was  talking  to  said  that's  they  best  promo  they  have.   I'm  about  to  switch  provider becuase  I  will  not  pay  that  much for  service.I  have  already  got  double  charged  for  2  bills  in  a  row  which   they  fix . I  already  so  many  issues  with  xfinity  mobile   before.  I  return a  device  did  not  even  get  refund  I  was  promises . Is  there  any  promo availabile   I  was   on  the  54.99  Internet  & home phone before
