Promo Ends...

Talked to Customer Service Agent last October 29,2017  before my plan expires and now my bill increase for $20. Don't mind if we're really using so much of usage for  Voice and Internet but not even a half of 1TGB. No need to be loyal in this company since they don't appreciate customers like us. My question is - can i cancel my account anytime?

You can cancel anytime you wish, however, if you're in a contract you will pay early termination fees.
