Promised $100 Visa PrePaid card---where is it??

Signed up for the top tier quad play back on November 4th, 2017, with the promise of a $100 prepaid Visa Card. It was supposed to be here within 18 weeks, so I call customer service and get shuffled back and forth until I finally get someone who has looked over the entire account WITH A SUPERVISOR and determine that there is nothing that states we get that card. I have been a loyal customer with Comcast for 19 years, as there is no one else in this town to compete with them. This is the way customers are treated? Of course it is, when it comes to Comcast, the King of horrible service.

 

Has anyone else been subjected to this bait and switch? Is there any recourse to this blatant display of customer abuse? Is there even a Comcast henchman thats cruises these boards to see if they can or cannot help me? I guess we may never know...

 

In the meantime, I will not be going to the new Xfinity store here in town to look at the Mobile service. They're PROMISING a $250 Visa card with every Samsung phone you buy. I DON'T BELEIVE IT FOR ONE SECOND.

Who promised the Visa Reward Card?  Those are usually given to new customers for signing up, but you say you've been a customer for 19 years...
