Problem with a private messages!

I also would like to get XG1V4 set top box but it seems that there is a problem with private messages.

I can't send it to you. Please help me!

Re: Problem with a private messages!

The change just took place earlier this year.

Essentially it means you need to post your problem, or complaint, and wait for Comcast employee replying to give you permission to PM them. They can unlock your blocked messaging to allow your message go through to them.

New forum members (and old members with very few posts) must have enough posts meeting a certain threshold to unlock their PM capabilities. Blame the change on people joining the forum just to PM an employee and harass them.

Hi DimitryY,

The info provided by @Welcome_to_Post, and @MNtundraRET, is correct. However, I've reviewed and replied to your private message. Please take a look when you have a second. Chat with you soon.
