My bill jumped $30 a month this month and is now out of my budget. When I tried to downgrade through Manage Account, the only options I am given are even more expensive upgrades! This is ridiculous!! Why does Comcast/Xfinity hide inexpensive options from folks or require us to wrangle forever on the phone to get service within our budgets? Openness and transparency are clearly not customer service values.
