Price when logged is $66 but not logged in same shows $39

Price for internet only service when I am logged into my account shows $66 but not logged in same service at the same house shows $39. WTH? I spent 30 mins on the phone last night and 25 mins of that time I had to keep telling the agent I did not want TV just Internet and a cheaper plan.  Became frustrated and could not make a decision. Then I decided to see what I could find on my own. Why is it more alot more when I logged into my account than when I am a new customer? WHAT A RIPOFF. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Hi lsimburger,  you are showing New Customer pricing when not logged into your account.  I can assist in reviewing current promotions I have on my side with you, could you please send me a private message with your account information (name on account, address, and account number).
