Prepaid

What is going on with prepaid
Order on line got kit on 12/19/17
actuation day 12/19/17 hooked up on that day didn't work call said tech has not been to connect
would work on 12/20/17
Next day 12/20/17 still not working called again
tech to come and check get email when done
no email still not working called again
tech on 12/21/17 still email and not working
12/22/17 still not working called again
Said l could go online for answer with no internet??
Told them I have no internet they will send tech to show me how to screw in cable and plug in modem????????
Have spent two hundred dollars on kit and wiring
Not good
Don't know if anyone has actually came by to check
I guess if you are not paying 200 dollars a month for internet and TV you just don't matter
