Prepaid visa

I recently qualified for my prepaid visa, it appears i am only receiving a 100 dollar visa. The promotion was for a $200 visa with the triple x1 service. I don't know why things changed, however I was not informed. I would also like to make sure I receive the $500 prepaid card for the mobile service.
I like my service, however I was sent a promotion and it appears to be invalid. Can someone help me understand.? My friend said it was a lie to get me to switch.
Someone from Xfinity please elaborate.
