From what I can tell, since this has also just happened to me, they don't have the ability to provide valid tracking numbers on their prepaid orders or generate email confirmations of the order receipts. It could be that they are on a very cheap UPS plan that has a set number of tracking numbers so they're constantly reusing them, but honestly, who knows, considering this is a such basic thing these days for online retail.
