Prepaid connection and wait time

I am currently on the phone on hold with customer service for 35 mins and 34 seconds.

I’ve been attempting to get the authentication error resolved for my prepaid WiFi. I cannot use my WiFi. It’s been like this for 2 weeks. Every time i call i spend at least and hour on hold.
