Praise for Kenneth in Knoxville

After two fairly unsatisfying phone calls and even a truck roll to my house, if it weren't for Kenneth in Knoxville, I'd be seriously considering looking at AT&T ( currently in the process of laying fiber in my neighborhood). Kenneth did a great job of listening to my situation, looking for the right answer, and providing me a solution that would mean I would not have to switch.
