They used to have one, way back in the day. It was horrible. I don't think there were humans on the other end. It was like the old Eliza programs (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ELIZA), picking up on key words and responding with canned responses, which usually didn't have anything to do with the question. It really is better now.
No one is going to email you. But, if you post what you're looking for in cancellation, you'll get some helpful responses here.
You're right, it probably will. Just don't send an "unsolicited" private message. It's now considered a violation of the forum guidelines. You'll need to wait for them to invite a message.
