Since February 2018, the feed on channel 760 is pixilated EVERY THREE days.  As of 7/27/18 it happened 52 times.  I have to restart the box which takes approximately 4 minutes. Thus I have lost 3.46 hours of viewing time. Plus all recordings on that channel are affected and have to be deleted. This is a quality control issue and a systemic failure. 

 

Whom at Comcast do I contact to take a look at this issue?  Telephone techs and in-person techs have not been able to fix this.
