In the past, I have dealt with the Chicagoland Corporate Escalations/Comcast Executive Customer Relations Department multiple times and with multiple agents (I have been a Comcast Customer for a rather long time).
I had been given the department telephone number and the individual extensions to dial to reach the various agents.
I tried reach the agents today, but after dialing the telephone number I had for the department, I receive a report that the phone number I dialed is no longer in service and was not able to enter the extension.
I would request the current telephone number(s) of the Chicagoland Corporate Escalations/Comcast Executive Customer Relations Department.
Also, I have tried using the Private Message system, but it seems that it is not working for creation of a private message.
EDIT: The private message system now appears to be working.
