Pending payment

I made a payment my mobile app as I always do. I deleted an account that I no longer use. Almost immediately another payment processed two and a half times the amount I authorized. Although it was in a pending status, I was not able to cancel it. I made several calls to the Comcast but to no avail. What the heck do I do now. It was an unauthorized amount! And as always COMCAST Customer Service was a freaking joke. I want my money back. How do I resolve this?????

Hello PeppaBlue. If the payment was pending with your bank, you would need to contact your bank to stop the payment. I can assist with researching your account for the payment pending. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can assist you.
