Pedestal install issues.

i am hoping someone can help with this...we have taken off work three times now for someone to come and install our service.  The first person out said we needed a pedestal installed.  that information was supposedly relayed to whoever runs that section.  there was another person scheduled to come out...we were told the same thing, we need a pedestal installed...i thought this was supposed to be the guy that was going to install it.  there is no contact information for the department that actually does the pedetal installs listed anyplace on the comcast site.  Please...can anyone help?

tnybubblz, pedestal installations are done by our construction team. Let's get in contact with them. I've seen your private message and will follow up with you there.
