Payment payment....where are you?

I scheduled a payment for 1/18, which came out of my bank account, yet received a call today that you hadn't received it.  The bank says it went to you.  I work from home, so I need to have my service.  I sent an additional $50 just now online as a gesture of good-faith.  Hope you find my payment.  Thanks!
