Payment arrangement

Good evening, I have been on the hospital for a month. And have not been able to go make a payment due to my new debit card being sent in the mail and had to put that on hold. So my only option is to go into a payment center to make payment or make a payment arrangement. So I need to make a payment arrangement. I need to do so before my service is suspended. I have called and get transferred to several departments just need to settle this payment arrangement. Thank you
