I was able to locate your account using the email address you have registered with our forums. I was able to confirm there is already a promise to pay set for 12/8/17. Your payment will need to be paid in full in order to avoid service interruption.
I located your account by using the email address you have registered with the Forums. Unfortunately, we are not able to change your billing due date. However, I am showing that you have not been charged any late fees based on your due and pay date. The only time your due date would change would be if your account was disconnected and had to be restarted. Sorry for the inconvenience.
