Payment arrangement

I need to set up payment arrangement or split amount due that I can pay the 4th and bill in full on 15th. I call and call and cal not getting anyone sit on hold

My name is Lyndaja lewis i am hoping to get an extension on my bill until 12/1 when i get paid. My account is due today 11/28

Hello, 

 

I was able to locate your account using the email address you have registered with our forums. I was able to confirm there is already a promise to pay set for 12/8/17. Your payment will need to be paid in full in order to avoid service interruption.

I need a payment arrangement.
My bill is due on the 1st of each month, but I really need for my billing date to be on the 3rd of each month because that's when recieve my disability. Is this change possible?

I located your account by using the email address you have registered with the Forums. Unfortunately, we are not able to change your billing due date. However, I am showing that you have not been charged any late fees based on your due and pay date. The only time your due date would change would be if your account was disconnected and had to be restarted. Sorry for the inconvenience.
