Payment Page - 'Message'

I pay my monthly amount 'in full', every month. So , . . . . . . Why do I need to see 'Messages' on the payment page such as this -

Hi, donaldwalton931 - The web page designed identically for all Comcast customers. The message you received doesn't say that you have any past due balance.
