Payment Extension

Can someone help me with a Payment Arrangement? I tried calling a couple times today but the wait was long and I am in the hospital right now, so I can’t stay on my phone for too long. We had some unexpected medical expenses & I am hoping I can set up an extension & pay $200 in 3 days on 2/15/18. If I can extend it until 2/22 that would be wonderful but we can’t go without Internet my wife works from home, please let me know the minimum I need to pay to keep services on.
