Paying Bill

I really need this removed. I recently went through a checking account fraud and usually I pay my bill through my checking account. But for some reason on my bill it said returned check. That was before I realized that someone had been taking money from my checking account. I closed that account and opened a new one. I went to pay my bill and it said that "Customer has been blocked from using bank account instrumental. Please remove this block from my account as it is the only way I can pay cause I really don"t have time to go to a store. Please remove this ban as I have fixed my bank account issue.

Hello, brady768 - I can open a Payment Restriction Removal request. You will need to fax your bank statements from the old account and current one with the explanation of the situation. Please let me know if you can fax these documents within 48 hours, so I can proceed with a request. Thank you.

@brady768 - The Payment Restriction request is now closed since they haven't received any information. If bank statements were digital, the bank still should provide this information to you even if the account got closed. Please let me know if you still want to proceed with the payment restriction request.
