Patchy service and billing hikes...please message me.

Our service with Xfinity has been beyond sketchy lately. We have internet only and it's constantly going in and out, and at the same time, our bill keeps skyrocketing. We have very few internet options where we live, but I am seriously considering switching to satellite or something if we can't resolve it. I can't get through on the phone (keeps giving me the runaround), and your chat options do not work (don't tell me it's my browser or my username, it doesn't work. I've tried for years to use it). Please private message me, there must be some relief for internet that constantly fluctuates in this way. I've been a loyal customer since we moved to the area, but I'm frustrated and exhausted.

 

I have attempted several times to contact someone through this forum and no one ever responds. Please prove me wrong.
