Paper Bill

I received a notice via my email that in 8 dys I have 162.73 due. However, I have NOT received a paper bill for this. I did not choose paperless billing. If I am late paying this it looks like I am delinquent. I always pay my bills on time. I have lived at this same address for 11 years. I cannot imagine it getting lost in the mail. Can you please check your records and make sure you show I should still be getting paper bills in the mail.

Are you sure the message was from Comcast? Emails like this are a favorite of phishing scammers. Please see Comcast Email Phish or Legit? How to Tell (and rules for posting).

 

If you are unsure please contact one of their Billing reps at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, chat with them using one of the "Account and Bill" options at https://www.comcastsupport.com/chatentry/, or visit a Service Center if one is nearby (see http://www.comcast.com/Corporate/shop/retail/StoreLocator.html) to check.

I did not receive my bill for the month of June 2014. After

speaking with 3 different Comcast reps. about the

the problem. They all insist I should go paperless or

pay online. Which is not my choice to do? I just want

to receive my bills on time each month as  always with

no hassles. Hopefully, my pymt. WILL be received on time

without the original copy.
