Package options not available for customers?

I don't understand why existing customers cannot a look at package options.

I want to alter my services, change lots of things around, and have 0 options to expolre on my own.

Local store is 50/50 for help. Looking for comcast employee to go over options with me


The business model is so frustrating. I have had Comcast service for decades, and I am treated worse than some new customer that they don't even know if the bill will get paid on time.
