PMing Official Comcast Employees on this board?

Hey folks.  I am a Comcast employee who works on an internal tools development team.  I have some questions about your customer care forum because I'm trying to build something similar internally.  Do I need to rank up to be able to PM any/all of you?

Hi @FrankGilroy, you'll want to reach out to @ComcastJessie, she's the community manager.  And yes, you need to post before you can PM.
