While visiting our summer house this weekend I noticed the outside cable cylinder is cracked. We have been gone for the winter and it looks as though someone may have used our deeiveway and hit the cylinder. It is now tilted and cracked. I did try to secure with duct tape until it can be replaced. How do I procedd with a request to get it replaced?
