Outside Cable hanging off side of house and connectivity has been disrupted

Outside Cable is nearly touching the ground and has been whipping against the side of the house during high winds. Cable connectivity is shoddy as a result. Please reattach cable and check/replace connection components on outside of house. I am not requesting any In Home service at this time.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
